Tammy Allison, Esq. is a former senior DOJ attorney and federal prosecutor. She spent her 10 years at DOJ as a senior attorney advisor to the President at the Office of the Pardon Attorney under the Bush, Obama, and Trump administrations. After a stint as a federal prosecutor and BOP senior attorney, she left to launch the nation’s third ever and first black-owned expert federal executive clemency law firm, The Pardon Attorney™, where she assists individuals in obtaining their Constitutional rights back through Presidential Pardons. She also assists these individuals with properly forming businesses and protecting their intellectual property with trademarks and copyrights. With her extensive legal background, she uses an analytical approach to teach high-performance individuals to literally and figuratively own their passion.
